Vision Statement
Ignite Youth Ministries (IYM) aspires to develop children and teens who are deliberate and intentional in their faith and love God with all their heart, mind, body, and soul. Every child and teen student will be equipped with the resources necessary to: enter young adulthood with confidence and assurance and live as disciples of Jesus Christ by realizing their full potential and making contributions to advance the Kingdom of God. IYM further seeks to plant and water seeds of faith in our children by teaching the Word of God and demonstrating the Love of God, to serve as kindling to inspire and encourage them to be on fire for God!

Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School (VBS) creates an exciting, fun-filled, yet purposeful opportunity for the children and teens of LCF and our surrounding community to learn about God and to build lasting relationships with our community and each other. VBS incorporates Bible lessons, age-based activities, songs, arts, and crafts. Our goal is to empower children and teens, our future leaders, to walk by faith and not by sight in every situation; through every trial and every area of their lives.
What You Can Expect From Our TEAM
Helping students learn to love Jesus and make Him their highest priority happens one student at a time! Students do not connect to programs, they connect to people. Programs have their place and are a necessary part of what we do, but long-lasting change happens in life-on-life relationships. The IYM Team is comprised of leaders and teachers who:
• Love God and let Him live through them
• Show genuine interest in the lives of the students
• Know to be a leader, not a peer
• Pray for and with students during each class period
• Consistently use encouraging words and speak life-giving, uplifting words with them
• Believe in, and encourage, students—even when they make mistakes

GREATER Than Small Groups Ministry
"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion." (Ecclesiastes 4: 9-10)
The Greater Than Small Groups Ministry at Life-Changing Faith was established to create ACCOUNTABILITY BY BUILDING GODLY CONNECTIONS.
Mission: To build and nurture real, authentic relationships that result in GODLY connections and accountability.
Vision: To become a church composed of small groups who foster Christ-like interactions centered on the WORD of GOD where Life-Changing Faith members feel connected, well informed, accountable and loved.
How Do We Do This…
• Conduct in-home Bible Studies (monthly) that discuss past sermon topics directed by Pastor Pelham.
• Conduct outside of the home activities (every 3 months) that focus on ministry, discipling, and fellowship.
• Support Outreach Ministry (monthly) by sharing the Love of God and Word of God.
• Coordinate Thanksgiving Food Drive for families in need.
• Sponsor Christmas Toy Drive for the neighboring community.

Life-Changing Faith Marriage Ministry’s divine mission is to restore the biblical expectations of the institution of Holy Matrimony that was birthed and conceived in the mind of God. We believe that contemporary culture and society has diluted the richness and fullness of Holy Matrimony. We believe that God purposed and desired life to be enjoyed and experienced within the institution of Holy Matrimony.
Your relationship with your spouse will grow and change for the better as you discover true intimacy with God then your spouse.
We know and believe that God Himself is love and together, as couples, when we dwell in Him, we will experience the Greatest Love which is God in us.

Brothers of Solomon Men's Ministry
“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.” (1 Corinthians 15:58)
The Brothers of Solomon Men’s Ministry at Life-Changing Faith wants to raise up Godly Men of Spiritual Courage willing to accept the challenge to stand for Christ in his church, his home, his workplace, and his community. This ministry challenges men and puts their egos at risk by going outside the four walls of the church to witness to, minister to, feed and clothe the lost and the downtrodden.

Voices of Life Music Ministry
“Speaking to one another with psalms, hymns and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord” (Ephesians 5:19 NIV)
The Voices of Life Music Ministry at Life-Changing Faith shares the good news of Jesus Christ through song, leads our congregants in worship and praise, prepares the listener’s heart for the preached Word of God, and provides a place where individuals may share their gift of music. We encourage choir members to grow spiritually by committing their time and talents to God. We, the Voices of Life and our music staff, are Kingdom Sound Creators; dedicated to ministering sonically with the movement of the Holy Spirit.
Our goal is to worship authentically in Spirit and in truth. We will lead by example in worship first and making a path for other worshippers to follow. We will use the biblical tools provided in Jonah 3:5 that says: “And the people of Nineveh believed God. They called for a fast and put on sackcloth, from the greatest of them to the least of them.” We are a ministry of BELIEVERS and are excited to see how God is going to show Himself.

Intercessory Prayer Ministry
“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people." (Ephesians 6:18)
Life-Changing Faith Intercessory Prayer Ministry is a ministry that supports the vision of Life-Changing Faith by mirroring the vision and purpose of the church. We are a prayer team that shares the love of God through our prayer for our Senior Pastor, the leadership and the people at Life-Changing Faith. We demonstrate that we believe the Word of God by praying God’s Word over every situation and believing that we will see results. We encourage others to believe as well when we pray for them or when they pray for themselves. We always pray and encourage others to pray with an expectation to see a move of God.
Activities include:
• First Fruit Prayer on the 1st Saturday of each month
• A Night of Prayer on the 3rd Monday of each month
• Our Tuesday Morning Prayer Call
• Noon Day Prayer on Tuesdays
• Annual Prayer Breakfast
