Elder Charles Brazil Jr.

Elder Charles Brazil Jr. has been a member of Life-Changing Faith Christian Fellowship (LCF) for more than ten years. He was ordained as an Elder in November 2018. Previously, he served the families of LCF as a Deacon, Men’s Ministry Leader, and currently as a member of the Leadership Training Institute (LTi) and the Ignite Youth Ministry.

A native Texan, Charles was raised in the Dallas area and received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas. He has been happily married to his beautiful wife, Daphne for more than 25yrs. He is a dad to three amazing daughters (and one Terri-Poo). He cherishes time with family, studying scripture, traveling, teaching, reading and golfing.

Elder Gerry Willis

Elder Gerry Willis accepted his calling as an Elder at Life-Changing Faith in Frisco, TX under the leadership of our Senior Pastor, Dono W. Pelham in 2008. His service to Life-Changing Faith is to assist in leading God's people while presenting a godly example to not only the people we have been given the privilege of leading but also to the world.

Elder Reginald Taylor

Elder Reginald Taylor was led to Life-Changing Faith Christian Fellowship Church in 2011; where he has and does faithfully serve in various ministries in order to live out his calling to BELIEVE God and faithfully serve His people. He was ordained as an Associate Pastor in March 2015 and was later ordained as one of the Chorus of Elders in November 2018. Beyond the life calling of being a devoted and loving husband to his beloved wife, Felicia, his Kingdom passion is engaging in study, in teaching, preaching the Word of God and helping God's people find, embrace and live out their Holy Spirit given passion and purpose as the uniquely fashioned vessels they were created to be for joyful service to the Lord Jesus Christ and His eternal Kingdom.

Elder Sylvester Spann Jr.

Elder Sylvester Spann Jr. gave his life to Christ and was baptized at a young age. He rededicated his life to Christ at the age of 25 and has been walking with Him ever since. Sylvester has been a member of Life-Changing Faith (LCF) since 2008 and has been involved in various ministries over the years including the Diakonos ministry. He has served as a teacher for various classes and has periodically taught Wednesday night bible study.

Sylvester is currently the leader of LCF’s Brothers of Solomon Men's Ministry. In addition to the Brothers of Solomon Men’s ministry, he currently serves on the ministry room team and ministers through song with the Voices of Life Music Ministry and the Men of Faith. Based on the vision God gave Senior Pastor Dono W. Pelham, Sylvester was led by the Spirit to take the men of LCF outside the four walls of the church to challenge them and put their egos at risk. He led the men to witness and minister to the lost and the impoverished throughout DFW. Sylvester can be heard on his internet radio show, The Undefeated Man, every Monday at 6 pm Central on the LCF internet radio station.

Sylvester accepted his call to preach on December 2017 and was ordained as an Elder on November 2018. He is married to April Spann and they have two beautiful children.

Pastor Richard Baker

Pastor Richard Baker is an Associate Pastor at Life-Changing Faith Christian Fellowship (LCF). Pastor Baker has been called by GOD, to ministry, for more than 20 years. In particular, GOD put a deep desire in his heart for outreach. Pastor Baker leads the Outreach Ministry at LCF. Our Outreach Ministry consists of the Prison Ministry, Care Team Ministry, Bus Ministry, and GO Teams Ministry. These ministries are specifically designed to go out to the world and spread the WORD OF JESUS CHRIST!

Pastor Jason O’Neal Johnson

Pastor Jason Johnson is an Associate Pastor at Life-Changing Faith Christian Fellowship (LCF). He accepted his call from God to preach the gospel at the age of 21. He has faithfully served at Life-Changing Faith in various capacities. Pastor Johnson has also taught bible studies and serves on our Comfort Care Ministry. He and his wife have four beautiful children.

Pastor Dr. Derrick Love

Pastor Derrick Love began his ministerial journey in the southeast sector of Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his master’s degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Pastor Love is an extension of our Senior Pastor – Dono Pelham and is committed to serving the people of Life-Changing Faith. Pastor Love has been in ministry for over 15 years and continues to live out his calling in the local church.
