Elder Gerry Willis

I was ordained as an elder of Life Changing Faith, April 26, 2009. I consider my call to this ministry is to walk along side the man of God. What does this look like. I have been called to assist Pastor Dono Pelham with matters that affect the growth and maturity of the church. When issues of the church confronts the congregation, we as Elders are called to administer counsel not with regard to person, but to responsibility, according to the text. I served in the office of Elder at my previous church and feel honored to be thought of in such light. In saying this, my commitment and integrity to leadership is paramount. Before serving as Elder, I served for roughly 10 years as a deacon. In this capacity, I learned first that we are called to serve, whether it be cleaning toilets or serving communion, we are called to serve. I thank God daily for such an opportunity to be used by Him. I have been married to my wife Cassandra for 18+ years. To our union, we have been blessed with 2 wonderful children, my daughter, Lakeitra and son, Darius. They continue to honor us as parents and we are blessed by their very presence.
Elder Troy Jackson

Elder Troy Jackson was ordained as a deacon for ministry in 1996. He has served as a deacon in numerous ministries with numerous responsibilities from New Member Orientation to Stewardship Chairman. Elder Jackson was ordained as an elder at Life Changing Faith Fellowship Church in 2009. As a Ministry Group Leader, Elder Jackson has responsibilities and oversees the Marriage Ministry, Mens Ministry, and Temple Logistics. Elder Jackson has been blessed to serve on numerous ministry teams and looks to contribute these gifts towards Gods growth at Life Changing Faith Fellowship Church. Elder Jackson and his wife reside in Frisco, Texas and are the proud parents of a son Aaron, and daughter Amber.
Angelia Pelham

Angelia Pelham is the wife of over 20 years to Pastor Dono Pelham and the mother of Ashley Pelham, the couple’s young daughter. Angelia serves in many capacities at Life-Changing Faith, primarily as the Organizational Development consultant helping to build the church’s infrastructure, systems, and processes to support the church’s mission of changing lives to the glory of God. Angelia is a 20+ year Human Resources executive having served as a senior executive at Fortune 500 companies such as Walt Disney World Inc, Marriott Inc, PepsiCo/Frito-Lay, and Rexel International. Angelia holds a BS from the Florida State University and a Masters in HR Management from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Angelia’s passion is helping professionals and executives understand that it’s possible to be corporate and Christian without compromise. Angelia enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and watching classic black & white movies. Angelia’s favorite dessert is Peach Cobbler with ”thick homemade crust”. Favorite place to go on vacation is Florida.
