Elder Gerry Willis



Elder Gerry Willis is a native of Arkansas who resides Little Elm, TX   I am married to my wonderful wife Cassandra of 23 years. We have two beautiful children, Lakeitra (22) and Darius (19) years of age. The three fore-mentioned, bring great joy to my life and makes it very easy to be a husband and father. My daughter graduated Texas Women University with a B.S. degree in Fashion Merchandising, completing her college career with straight “A’s”, graduating Magna Cum Laude. My son is an accomplished percussionist, playing more than six percussion instruments.

I have worked in Workforce Management for Mary Kay, Inc. for the past 10 years. I supervise a team of three who handles staffing and scheduling needs of upwards of 120 contact center representatives.

I graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas. I have enjoyed working in the ministry for over 20 years serving the people of God in each of those years.

I love sports of all kinds, football trumping them all!

Angelia Pelham

Angelia Pelham is a native of Florida who resides in Frisco, TX with her husband and daughter.  Angelia serves in many capacities in the church primarily in roles of organizational development and team effectiveness.

Angelia’s primary vocation is in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development.  She is a 25 year HR executive with experience in various industries to include hospitality, restaurants, and consumer packaged goods.  Angelia has worked as an HR professional with such brands as the Walt Disney World Company, Marriott, PepsiCo, Frito Lay, and most recently Main Event Entertainment.  Angelia is currently the Vice President and Head of HR at Main Event Entertainment headquartered out of Plano, TX.  Main Event is a subsidiary of Ardent Leisure based out of Australia. 

Angelia has a BS degree in Communications/Psychology from Florida State University, based in Tallahassee, FL.  Angelia has a Master’s Degree in HR Management from the Crummer Business School of Rollins College in Winter Park, FL. 

Angelia is on the faculty of Dallas Baptist University as an Adjunct Professor equipped to teach on Organizational Development and HR related subjects.  Angelia was drawn to DBU because of their focus on the academic and the spiritual equipping of their students; which directly aligns with her core values.

Angelia has been married for 25 years to Pastor Dono W. Pelham.  Pastor Dono is the Founding and Senior Pastor of Life-Changing Faith Christian Fellowship in Frisco, TX.  Angelia and her husband are blessed to have the most amazing child on the planet; her name is Ashley Juliana who is 12 years old going in the 6th grade at Prestonwood Christian Academy.  She is a straight “A” student who has an avid passion for reading and writing stories.  In her “spare” time, Angelia enjoys shopping on-line and watching old black and white movies. Her favorite desserts are peach cobbler and banana pudding.

Pastor Sherrell Franklin

Pastor Sherrell Franklin is an anointed woman of God, called to fulfill a heavenly inspired mandate to “Make ready a people equipped to go forth in God’s Kingdom”. Through prophetic insight she provokes change within God’s people byway of motivating and activating them in their spiritual giftings. Her own gifts and talents are demonstrated by way of Prayer, Prophesy, Preaching, Teaching, Christian Counseling, Spiritual Healing and Christian Ministry Organizational Development.

 Pastor Sherrell holds many years of education and ministry experience from pursuing various divine endeavors. In 1995 while residing in Michigan she became a License Minister at the Eagles Way Full Gospel Ministry. Through the inspiration of God she started a Para-Church for young adults and became the Overseer and Founder of Covering Wings Ministries in 1998. In 2001 she began theological training at the Dunamis Outreach Worldwide Inc. School of Ministry and became an Ordained Elder in 2007. After migrating to Texas she was Ordained as a Pastor in 2011 at Life Changing Faith Christian Fellowship and has since received certification as a Biblical Belief Therapist in 2013, from the Therapon Institute.

 Pastor Sherrell is passionate about the betterment of God’s Kingdom. She enjoys helping others to persevere through life’s trials and tribulations and to live victoriously in Christ. She desires to encourage others to have a personal relationship with God and to operate in the power and authority that having Jesus as Lord and Savior ensues. Having the foundational gift of an organizer, she has implemented several biblical course studies and developed various church ministries. Personalized structural development is a progressive element that she offers for the perfecting of saints within the local church body. She shares her spiritual talents for God’s glory to help to maintain a “spirit of excellence and effectiveness” within God’s Kingdom.

Pastor Richard Baker



Pastor Richard Baker is a powerful and anointed man of God that burns with a deep passion for the Lord's Commission; not just praying for the lost in the world, but going out to the highways and byways and telling them about the Lord Jesus that longs to save them. Outreach is his heart, his vision and God given calling.

He champions the vision for the Life Changing Faith Go Teams that regularly take the Gospel of Jesus Christ out to the community. He has the responsibility and calling to teach the word of God while demonstrating the Love of CHRIST.   Life Changing Faith is home to him.  This is a place that he enjoy serving others, assisting the Pastoral team under GOD's direction, and help build a solid biblical based foundation where all can come and be saved and learn the word of GOD.  

"I thank GOD for this opportunity, and I do not take it lightly.  I believe, before I can be a good leader, I must know how to follow.  So, for me and my house we will follow hard after CHRIST."  Pastor Baker has been married to Minister Pamela Baker for over twenty years.  They have two children: Cherise and Ricky Baker. Both are also ministers of the Gospel.  "I am blessed to have them in my life."

Pastor Derrick Love


Pastor Derrick Love is a native of Spencer, Oklahoma. He currently resides in McKinney, Texas and serves as the Chief Academic Officer/Assistant Superintendent of Phoenix Charter School in Greenville, Texas. In addition, to serving in K-12 public education, Pastor Love teaches for Concordia and Argosy Universities in their doctorate of educational leadership program. He was recently awarded faculty of the year with Argosy University for being an outstanding faculty member and enhancing the lives of students.

 He earned an Ed. D. in Educational Leadership, MA in Communication Arts and BA in Psychology.  With over the last 15 years, Dr. Love has dedicated his service in developing, shaping, and promoting academic excellence in different educational enterprises private, public, and charter sectors.

 Dr. Love, published a book entitled “The Unfinished Journey” and the author of several peer-reviewed articles. He continues to work on the behalf of students and organizational change to create lifelong learners. Dr. Love has been a part of several school turnaround initiatives as the instructional and district leader. Through his leadership the campuses were turned around and met and exceed state standards.  

Pastor Love began his ministerial journey in the southeast sector of Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his master’s degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Love is an extension of our Senior Pastor – Dono Pelham and committed to enhancing the Children and Teen’s Ministry at Life Changing Faith.   Pastor Love has been in the ministry for 13 years and 8 of those years served as Youth Minister/Pastor.

Pastor Love has an amazing family, his wife, LaQuesia Love, works as a therapist and Founder/Owner of Love Therapy. Pastor Love & Mrs. Love have three beautiful children, one daughter, Madison and two sons Jackson and Mason.

Pastor Reginald Taylor

Pastor Reginald Taylor was led to Life Changing Faith Christian Fellowship in 2011 where he has served in various ministries and grown through many cherished LCF family relationships.

Pastor Taylor and Felicia, his wife for over eighteen and a half years, moved to Texas from Mississippi in 2002. After coming to Texas and prior to joining LCF, Pastor Taylor faithfully served as deacon, teacher and in audio/visual ministry at the churches which he and Felicia were members.

His calling and passion is helping people find who they are as the Potter’s uniquely fashioned vessel and then encourage them, through preaching and teaching, to find their passion of purpose in the Body through identifying their Holy Spirit empowered gifting for service.

He holds his degree in Computer Network Engineering and Biblical Belief Therapist Certification from the Therapon Institute. He is also pursuing his BS in Christian Ministry. 

Apart from his service, he enjoys traveling with Felicia (his deeply beloved gift from God) and beholding the awesome, breathtaking creation that God made and called “very good”. He also greatly enjoys watching movies, studying and teaching the Word of God and writing.
